15 WAYS TO ADD JOY TO YOUR DAY

  1. Go on a long walk outdoors.

  2. Wake up and do a short yoga class.

  3. Write a thank-you note to yourself.

  4. Send yourself a bouquet of your favorite flowers.

  5. Write down three things that you’re grateful for.

  6. Plant some flowers.

  7. Create a list of things you love about your significant other.

  8. Wake up in time to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee (this is the BEST at the beach)

  9. Try a new recipe (preferably a dessert)

  10. Change your sheets.

  11. Throw down a blanket and have a picnic.

  12. Write down your goals and create a plan to achieve them

  13. Make a dream board - virtual or in real life

  14. Unplug for a while for some “me time”

  15. Read a new book (anything by Rachel Hollis - she's my favorite)
