I wanted to share some super simple ways that you can add joy to your day!

15 WAYS TO ADD JOY TO YOUR DAY
Go on a long walk outdoors.
Wake up and do a short yoga class.
Write a thank-you note to yourself.
Send yourself a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
Write down three things that you’re grateful for.
Plant some flowers.
Create a list of things you love about your significant other.
Wake up in time to catch the sunrise with a cup of coffee (this is the BEST at the beach)
Try a new recipe (preferably a dessert)
Change your sheets.
Throw down a blanket and have a picnic.
Write down your goals and create a plan to achieve them
Make a dream board - virtual or in real life
Unplug for a while for some “me time”
Read a new book (anything by Rachel Hollis - she's my favorite)
